LOL Me too!
talking of dog "tails" I came home yesterday to find husband's slippers shredded, kitchen chair upturned with seat pad pulled off and water bowl on other side of the kitchen with not a drop spilt!
The culprit-- our fairly recently acquired (courtesy of our son)2 year old chocolate Labrador. Our older and wiser GSD sat there as if to say "I told him he would be in trouble!!."

You have to keep on smiling!

Our first guide dog puppy did that. He was a yellow lab. And when he did it we used to say he looked like the Christmas Turkey - oven ready.

What would we do without our furry friends!! BigGrin

Julie my daughter has two labs, a black one Elsie and chocolate called Baxter. Although Bax is 5 and she is only 2, he is by far the biggest handful. They seem to carry that reputation!!

He has made such an impression on her life that she is now in her third year doing a canine behaviour course, and has set up her own dog training business, called Puppy Plus, if anyone wants to take a look. Its on fb too.

We have a little Westie, lies in the strangest positions, but loves to be on the top of the chair back so that he has a better view of the outside world. BigGrin

Our black labrador / golden retriever cross is having a torrid time at the moment. Basically he is being bullied by our cat who does things like sleep in the dog's bed and dare him to do anything. And the dog, softie as he is, just looks from the cat to us and back again until WE move the cat. Then, as soon as the dog gets out the cat is straight back in there.

It's comical to watch and we think that perhaps Esther Rantzen should operate a 'dog line' where bullied dogs can phone in/BigGrin
